The candidate will oversee the development, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise knowledge management processes supporting network and IT operations in alignment with ITIL v4 best practices. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and lifecycle management of technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures to improve service delivery and incident resolution. The Senior Knowledge Manager will collaborate with technical teams, service desk personnel, and program leadership to capture institutional knowledge, standardize documentation, and integrate knowledge assets into IT service management workflows to enhance operational efficiency and mission support.
