You will serve as the liaison between program stakeholders, including military leadership, technical teams, and systems users, ensuring requirements are understood, solutions are feasible, and results are delivered efficiently and securely.

  • Support project planning and scheduling activities; coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver against program goals.

  • Track progress, report on metrics, ensure traceability from requirements to delivery, and mitigate risks that could impact scope, schedule, or budget.

  • Provide insight into best practices for systems integration, data management, and cybersecurity compliance consistent with DISA guidelines.

  • Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership and guidance in analysis and documentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive work experience in business or systems analysis, ideally within defense, intelligence, or federal government programs.

  • Active Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) clearance is required.

  • Strong understanding of the Department of Defense environment, including DISA operations or IT support missions, protocols, and cybersecurity requirements (e.g., ICD 503, RMF).

  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proficient with business analysis frameworks/tools (UML, BPMN, Visio, Jira/Confluence, Agile/Scrum).

  • Ability to work independently and lead small project initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DISA clients or programs.

  • Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure GOV), network infrastructure, and modern DoD enterprise environments.
