Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Contracts Assistant to join our Contracts Team. The Contracts Assistant will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks to keep the team operating at an optimal level. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, an agile skill-set, and ability to show high capability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Contracts-related requests through Jira (automated ticketing system)
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute effective internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain and update company/department databases and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Issue Contractual agreements using existing templates.  
  • Issue Purchase Orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree - preferred.
  • US Citizenship - required.
  • Experience with DocuSign and CostPoint – highly preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Posted Min Pay Rate

USD $50,000.00/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $65,000.00/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
