We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Service Desk Technician to provide first-tier technical support for end users on a Department of Defense (DoD) program in support of DISA operations. The technician will be responsible for responding to service requests, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of incidents in a secure, enterprise environment. This role provides 100% on-site support at Scott AFB.
