The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of performance metrics, Agile frameworks, IT tools like JIRA, and cross-functional coordination in a classified environment. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of program execution, stakeholder reporting, and strategic alignment with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

    • Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvements in PMO processes and reporting systems.

  • Project Coordination & Communication

    • Assist in creating and presenting Service Level Management briefings to senior DISA leadership.

    • Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and government stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and system availability.

    • Support classified and unclassified communications coordination with mission-critical teams (e.g., Acropolis, Centaur Operations).

  • Security & Compliance

    • Perform COMSEC duties, including equipment rekeys, secure storage checks, and submission of hand receipts and destruction reports.

    • Maintain compliance with DoD 8570.1M requirements and internal documentation standards.

Qualifications

Required:
