We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-focused PMO Analyst with extensive Department of Defense (DoD) experience to support our Program Management Office. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of performance metrics, Agile frameworks, IT tools like JIRA, and cross-functional coordination in a classified environment. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of program execution, stakeholder reporting, and strategic alignment with enterprise goals.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, budget adherence, and staffing levels across multiple IT programs.
Develop weekly and monthly status reports for senior leadership and DoD customers.
Track and respond to high-priority data calls in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Agile & PMO Support
Serve as a JIRA administrator—create and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to track project health and delivery timelines.
Act as Scrum Master for procurement and accounts teams; facilitate Agile ceremonies and help remove blockers to ensure continuous delivery.
Support SAFe Agile implementation by mentoring teams and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
Process Improvement & Automation
Lead initiatives to streamline user access and onboarding processes via DISA’s System Access Management (SAM), reducing turnaround times and storage burdens.
Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvements in PMO processes and reporting systems.
Project Coordination & Communication
Assist in creating and presenting Service Level Management briefings to senior DISA leadership.
Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and government stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and system availability.
Support classified and unclassified communications coordination with mission-critical teams (e.g., Acropolis, Centaur Operations).
Security & Compliance
Perform COMSEC duties, including equipment rekeys, secure storage checks, and submission of hand receipts and destruction reports.
Maintain compliance with DoD 8570.1M requirements and internal documentation standards.
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Active Top Secret Security Clearance
5+ years’ experience in a PMO, program analyst, or Agile coordination role within a DoD environment
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Demonstrated experience producing timely and accurate program status reports and executive-level briefings
Preferred:
Certified in ITIL v3 Foundation
CompTIA Security+, Network+, and A+ (DoD 8570.1M compliant)
Experience with SAFe Agile methodology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in high-tempo environments
Professional Manager Certification, USAF
