ValidaTek is searching for a Network Engineer who will be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable network solutions to meet organizational needs.

In this role, the Network Engineer will:

• Configure and deploy network solutions, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct network monitoring and troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues.
• Assist with network upgrades and the implementation of new technologies.
• Document network configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

 

• To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
• 8+ years in network design and implementation.
• Demonstrated success configuring and deploying network solutions.
• Experience monitoring and resolving connectivity issues.
• Experience with network upgrades and implementations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the IT infrastructure.
• All candidates must have a current Secret clearance.
• Preferred Certifications: CCNA, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, GFACT, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIH.
• All candidates must be DoD 8140 qualified.

 

 

Education:

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer networking or related field or equivalent work experience.

USD $68,075.21/Yr.

USD $113,458.69/Yr.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
