Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist who will be responsible for leading process modernization initiatives to optimize operational efficiency within a high performing DISA program. This role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying best practices, implementing process improvements, and facilitating organizational change. 

Responsibilities

  • Business Process Optimization: Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve mission outcomes. 
  • Best Practices & Modernization: Identify and implement best practices, modern business methods, and process reengineering strategies across all phases of the project lifecycle. 
  • Process Modeling & Analysis: Develop activity and data models to assess existing processes and recommend improvements. 
  • Performance Measurement & Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Change Management & Training: Provide group facilitation, interviews, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption of reengineered processes. 
  • Resource & Environmental Analysis: Conduct resource assessments to optimize operational capacity and support strategic decision-making. 
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in formulating, evaluating, and controlling business strategies to support mission-critical initiatives. 
  • Trade Studies & Methodology Development: Conduct trade studies and develop reengineering methodologies tailored to the organization’s needs. 

Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance  
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business process reengineering, change management, or organizational development, preferably within a DoD or federal agency environment (DISA experience highly desirable). 
  • Experience utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 methodology. 
  • Certifications (Preferred):  
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) 
  • Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) 
  • ITIL Certification (preferred for IT process improvements) 
  • Skills & Competencies:  
  • Expertise in business process analysis, process mapping, and workflow automation. 
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management, strategic planning, and performance measurement. 
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and deliver training. 
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, BPMN). 
  • Experience in DoD business transformation and IT system development methodologies. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

 

Posted Min Pay Rate

USD $125,000.00/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $155,000.00/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
