Summary

We are seeking a talented Program Manager who will lead and oversee all aspects of a highly technical DISA program, ensuring successful execution of project objectives. This role requires expertise in program management, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination to drive efficient and effective outcomes. 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Analyze complex project challenges and develop innovative solutions related to finance, scheduling, technology, methodologies, tools, and deliverables. 
  • Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day program operations, including multiple tasks, personnel groups, and geographically dispersed teams. 
  • Leadership & Coordination: Direct and coordinate all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines. 
  • Task & Resource Management: Develop a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to estimate effort and resource allocation for each task. 
  • Scheduling & Milestone Tracking: Establish project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. 
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders while facilitating effective cross-team coordination. 
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, mediate, and resolve conflicts between stakeholders and team members to maintain project momentum. 
  • Scope & Change Management: Ensure changes to project scope are properly documented, assessed, and approved to mitigate risks. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report project milestones, providing timely status updates to leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Team Leadership & Development: Coach, motivate, and lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. 
  • Decision-Making: Evaluate program needs and make informed decisions that align with project objectives and organizational priorities. 

Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in program/project management, preferably within a DoD or federal agency environment (DISA experience highly preferred). 
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or other relevant certifications. 
  • Skills & Competencies:  
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. 
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with government contracting and DoD acquisition processes. 

Posted Min Pay Rate

USD $180,000.00/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $215,000.00/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
