ValidaTek will be hiring a Sr. Manager of Human Resources. This manager will have responsibility for employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and training. As a key leader in our organization, the Sr. Manager will oversee critical programs such as company culture and employee retention, performance management, and corporate citizenship.
