Summary

We are hiring a Technical Coordinator to join our FLETC team out of Glynco, GA. The Technical Coordinator will assist the Program Manager with a wide-range of projects, the key goal will be to optimize processes to improve the performance of the program. In practice, he/she will assist the Program Manager to ensure successful execution of a program/project throughout the lifecycle of the program.  

Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Program Manager
  • Possess organization, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Have a working relationship with the customer to understand their current and future needs and how we can satisfy those needs through developed plans using existing government processes and procedure.
  • Design and maintain project and technical documentation.
  • Weekly reporting Quarterly reporting, and Annual reporting as required by contract.
  • Weekly, Quarterly, and Annual deliverables formally presented to government as required. 
  • Ability to develop metrics, maintain records, and prepare technical reports.
  • Coordinates schedules to track projects with the team lead and PM
  • Ability to organize complex processes and maintain quality control, privacy, and security.
  • Update, track and maintain financial analysis for various reports as needed/requested by the PM.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks, projects, and assignments.
  • Coordinates and tracks progress of projects as directed by team lead and PM.
  • Highly proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Self-starter who can work independently or within a team.
  • Must have a desire and drive to learn new technologies, procedures, and practices, and to continuously learn and grow as a professional and as an individual.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to collaborate with a diverse set of people from many disciplines.
  • Resource management decisions with Program Manager and Team Leaders
  • Coordinate all HR duties
  • All other duties assigned by PM

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work in a position of similar size and scope.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field - work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • PMP – preferred – years of experience will be considered in lieu of certification
  • ITILv4 certification preferred
  • Must be able to support fully support onsite
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to pass the Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation.

Posted Min Pay Rate

USD $66,191.00/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $113,458.00/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
