ValidaTek is seeking an Operations Manager who will manage daily operations, incidents, troubleshooting, initiatives, monitoring and be in direct daily coordination with the On-Site Program Manager and Government Leadership.

• Demonstrated ability and experience in daily operations and maintaining of large complex IT projects and IT staff that are similar in size and scope of this order.
• Experience in directing staff in developing, coordinating and implementing DoD specific IT policies, processes and procedures.
• Experience managing, developing, monitoring and reporting on client Service Level Agreements.
• Knowledge of backend server and infrastructure environments, application management, storage networks and networking infrastructures.
• Demonstrated experience in operating and maintaining large scale deployments and upgrades of enterprise applications and large scale virtual and physical and Red Hat and Microsoft server environments.

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.

• Bachelor's in Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems, or 7 recent years of documented experience relevant to this key position.

• PMP certification - required.
• ITIL Foundation certification - required.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex and highly technical teams in cleared environments, namely DISA JSP.

USD $95,577.60/Yr.

USD $159,296.00/Yr.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
