Summary

ValidaTek is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will be the single point of contact for the Contract Officer Representative (COR) and JSP Enterprise Services Division (ESC) Leadership and should be authorized to report on the status of and direct all activities and staff under this effort. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide project/program management support to programs and/or projects ensuring that implementation and defined activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. 
  • Manage projects/programs of varying complexity and size.
  • Participate on teams through some or all phases of projects including Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Monitoring and Control, Project Closure.
  • Ensure that the project plan, scope, work breakdown structure, schedule, risk, budget, and deliverables are in alignment with the project/program goals and objectives as defined by the statement of work.
  • Facilitate the efforts of team members to achieve their project and/or task goals and initiatives.
  • Assign resources to programs, establishes program objectives, and monitors progress.
  • Develop program plans, and facilitates resolution of all issues to reach program goals.
  • Manage program budget to reach revenue, cost, and profit targets.
  • Manage and communicates ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
  • Participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements and specifications.
  • Prioritize, tracks, and manages a portfolio of projects ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitor progress, and adjusts schedules and resources to meet key goals.
  • Identify and minimize risks and issues; escalates and mitigates as needed.
  • May be responsible for ensuring successful integration of all project/program segments and services.
  • May serve as primary liaison with project/program sponsors, customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's in Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems, or 10 years of documented experience in a similar role to this key position.
  • PMP Certification - required.
  • ITIL Certification - required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing a complex information technology operation in similar size and scope of this order.
  • Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope of this order. Management experience within DISA JSP - preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to information technology operations.

Posted Min Pay Rate

USD $114,693.12/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $191,155.20/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
