We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer SME to join our team. As a Systems Engineer SME, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving complex systems infrastructure to meet our organization's technology needs. You will serve as the technical expert in systems engineering and provide guidance to other engineers and stakeholders. This SME should have proven experience defining system solutions based on client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms.

• Design and implement complex systems infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, specifications, and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to other engineers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to systems infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain security protocols for systems infrastructure.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices.

• Bachelor's in Science degree in Computer Engineering, computer information systems, telecommunications, or management information systems, or have 7-10 years of documented experience.

• Must have expertise in installing, configuring, and administering Windows Server 2008R2, Server 2012R2, Server 2016, and Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.

• Must have expertise of Microsoft’s operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and knowledge with other Microsoft Products. And possess senior knowledge of TCP/IP network design and support including Cisco equipment; LAN and WLAN networks, routing and sub-netting.

• Perform independent verification, validation, and project management for current and future
• Provide technical support, advice and troubleshooting for utility network operations with a 98% target network
• Produce documentation for use in configuration, repair and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network operating

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
