Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead our Infrastructure Team on a Department of Defense (DoD) contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, a deep understanding of DoD requirements, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex project landscapes. 

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with DoD contract requirements and organizational goals.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for DoD clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with DoD regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing infrastructure projects for DoD or other Government agency contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Experience with Agile and Lean project management methodologies.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • In-depth knowledge of DoD regulations and standards.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile and Lean project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity infrastructure projects.

Posted Min Pay Rate

USD $114,693.12/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $191,155.20/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
