Summary

A hands-on role directly responsible for the design and maintenance of our Ivanti IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. This role will help enforce ITIL-based framework standards and ensure smooth operation of Ivanti’s ITSM software to enable appropriate workflow, reporting, and automation. Will also be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and engagement of work being delivered from internal and external partners involved in delivery of our mission. The ideal candidate will need to be able to interface and evangelize the capabilities and functionality of ITSM to solve complex business problems to further integrate our toolsets and drive automation. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring platform operability and coordinating platform upgrades for new releases. 
  • Partnering with non-technical stakeholders to integrate their solution needs into the ITSM tool. 
  • Enhancing and automating workflows through strategic integrations with other solutions. 
  • Overseeing deployments through DEV/TEST/PROD environments. 
  • Configuring, deploying, and providing support for new applications on the platform
  • Identify Customer Processes and process outcomes and value streams
  • Conduct research of IT service and/or process documentation status and viability and improvement activities
  • Document and track all changes to ITSM tool out-of-the-box functionality as part of the development program to assist with reconciling the skipped records list when performing ITSM tool version upgrades

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree, technical training, or equivalent experience can be substituted for degree. 
  • Experience programming in Crystal Reports, Visual Basic, Java, Microsoft.Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net, XML, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Active Directory Service Interface (ADSI). 
  • Three (3) years’ experience with Ivanti (or equivalent ITSM tool i.e.. Cherwell, Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.) performing integrations, configuration, and customizations. 
  • Ivanti Administrator Certification  
  • Two (2) years’ experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and solution diagrams. 
  • Highly proficient in creating and updating documentation as part of infrastructure implementations. 
  • Experience writing and/or implementing scripts for automation. 
  • Must be willing to work on site in customer facilities in Brunswick, GA 
  • Must be able to pass a DHS law enforcement background check.

USD $79,648.00/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $132,746.67/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
