Summary

Provides program management and transition support to programs ensuring that implementation and defined activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Manages programs of varying complexity and size. Participates on teams through some or all phases of projects including Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Monitoring and Control, Project Closure. Ensures that the project plan, scope, work breakdown structure, schedule, risk, budget, and deliverables are in alignment with the program goals and objectives as defined by the statement of work. Facilitates the efforts of team members to achieve their project and/or task goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assigns resources to program, establishes program objectives, and monitors progress. Develops program plans, and facilitates resolution of all issues to reach program goals. Manages program budget to reach revenue, cost, and profit targets. Manages and communicates ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance. Participates in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements and specifications. May provide planning, design and implementation support to assigned area. May be responsible for ensuring successful integration of all program segments and services. May serve as primary liaison with program sponsors, customers and other stakeholders. Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related experience with demonstrated increasing responsibilities within career path, or a combination of equivalent experience, training and education.
  • Familiarity with supporting DHS FLETC or other DHS agencies (CBP/ICE). (Preferred)
  • Experience in assisting leading highly technical teams that range from 60 - 80 in size.
  • Strong project management skills with a PMP certification - preferred.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and a proven ability to influence decision making while providing white glove customer service.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to mentor and manage staff for optimal results.
  • Must be willing to work on site in customer facilities in Brunswick, GA
  • Must be willing and able to submit to and pass a DHS Law Enforcement background check.

USD $79,648.00/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $149,114.00/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
