Provides leadership and expertise for all related network operations functions, ensure efficient processes, and implement performance monitoring and improvement measures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Sets policies and procedures, technical standards and methods, and prioirities for IT Operations Center functions and processes. Manages all work performed for the NOC across all phases of performance including contract management, project/task order mangement, assignment of resources, and coordinating the efforts of team members, subcontractors and vendors. Exercises authority and direct accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of required services and deliverables, and the implementation and measurement of quality standards and methodologies. Manages program budget to reach revenue, cost, and profit targets. Manages and communicates ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance. Facilitates and guides client meetings and joint planning to ensure appropriate scope and resource allocation. Monitors progress, adjusts schedules and resources to meet key goals, and identifies and minimizes risks and issues. Serves as a primary liaison with program sponsors, customers and other stakeholders.
